My Top 3: MAC Lid Colours

When I was thinking what to write about in my next instalment of the 'My Top 3' series, MAC eyeshadows came to mind, unsurprisingly. I know you've probably heard it all before but the MAC eyeshadows are my go to. The colours, pigmentation and longevity are miles above any others I've tried.
I've picked the top 3 that I find the easiest and most flattering to apply in a rush by aimlessly sweeping all over the lid. And in the end still managing to look ok!
Firstly, Naked Lunch. The easiest way to describe this colour is that it's a shimmery champagne pink. It has a frost finish so it looks like you're wearing a little something, but it's not extremely sparkly. A lovely subtle shade that can be used as I've mentioned, or as an inner corner and brow bone highlight.
Patina is my most recent addition to my MAC palette and is so versatile. It looks different on different skin tones, so this one is great if you're a freelancer. (This colour is very popular for brides as well.) It is again a frost and is described as a taupe-brown with golden pearl, in the pan it doesn't look like much at all, but when swatched you can see it has yellow, green and gold shimmer tones. I love this shadow!
Lastly, the first eyeshadow I purchased from MAC and still probably my favourite, the infamous All That Glitters. A champagne pinky beige that looks amazing on all skin tones, especially with a golden tan. Paired with Patina or Satin Taupe in the crease it looks gorgeous. It has a veluxe pearl finish, which is my favourite finish from MAC as it looks so unique on the lid.
